- Merchandise is exchangeable and returnable within 30 days of receipt.
- Certain merchandise on our site is not returnable. The page will be marked as such. The merchandise includes (but is not limited to): Bicycles, Canoes, Kayaks, Climbing gear, Swimsuits.
- All returns must include our original itemized receipt, our original tags, and its packaging must be unopened and undamaged in order to receive money back.
- All returns that do not have an original itemized receipt, or our original tags, or its packaging is damaged or opened, and providing the item is still in new resalable condition will receive store credit towards other merchandise.
- Returns are the purchaser's responsibility.
If you have a problem with your order, our return policy is pretty simple. Simply send us an email stating the problem (i.e. wrong size, didn't fit right, etc). We will give you clearance to go ahead and send back the product. Once the product is received, we will call you to gather the information we need to process your refund.
At this time we can only refund the purchase price of the products. Shipping (either way) will not be refunded.
